Polyurethane coated material with high frequency welded seams makes this rainwear wind- and waterproof. These elastic waistband trousers with reflective FR striping around the legs and exterior-to-interior access through side openings at the hip are designed to fit over clothes and are comfortable, noiseless, highly tear- and flame resistant.
